At CPAP Ontario, we are committed to providing high-quality sleep therapy products and exceptional customer service. Due to the nature of CPAP equipment and personal health products, our return policy is designed to prioritize customer safety, hygiene, and product integrity.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for unused, unopened products within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The product must remain sealed in its original, unopened packaging
- Your return request must be made within 14 days of delivery confirmation
- The item must be in resalable condition
Non-Refundable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, all opened products are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- CPAP masks
- CPAP tubing
- Filters
- Humidifier chambers
- Cushions and replacement parts
- Any opened CPAP accessories or sleep therapy equipment
Once a product’s packaging has been opened, we cannot accept it for return or exchange.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as CPAP Ontario is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
