CPAP mask wipes are designed to clean the CPAP mask, without harming or causing deterioration of the silicone on the mask. Using a CPAP wipe daily can help to remove organic deposits like dirt, facial oils and dead skin which accumulate on the mask. Removing the debris left on the mask can help protect the skin from irritation and help to ensure the mask is correctly able seal on the face.
CPAP mask wipes should not replace the weekly ‘deep clean’ of the CPAP equipment but can be used as a convenient way to remove residue off the CPAP mask daily.
